Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Gigi Tools, we stand behind the quality of our instruments. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a return or exchange.

1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible, your items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety standards, instruments that have been used in a professional setting cannot be returned.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via Live Chat or WhatsApp. We will provide you with the specific return shipping address for your region.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage costs in all cases. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
• Timeline: It takes at least 7 working days for the balance to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
• Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout.

5. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or wish to exchange a tool for a different model, the 30-day window still applies. Once we receive your original item back at our facility, we will process and ship your exchanged tool.

6. Bulk & Custom Orders

Please note that bulk orders involving private labeling or custom etching are manufactured specifically for your brand. As such, these custom items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
